Breakfast Club Playworker
Required for September 2026
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our friendly and hard working team. We are a popular village school, set in the New Forest with excellent facilities and delightful children.
The post is a part time vacancy for a Breakfast Club Playworker to join our Breakfast Club, working 5 hours per week from 7.30am – 8.45am Monday to Thursday during term time only. Pay will be on Grade C £13.05 – 13.60 per hour.
Our new Playworker should be suitably qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Playwork or have a Teaching Assistant qualification. They will need experience of working with 5 – 11 year olds in a play environment.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements of the person specification and the post will be offered subject to an enhanced DBS check. Only applications submitted on the school’s application form will be accepted.
