FOSSFEST 2025

FOSFest is organised by FOSLSS (Friends of St Luke's School Sway), our fundraising committee which is made up of parents, teachers and friends, who are dedicated to raising vital funds to enhance the experience of the children at St Luke's.
Children are invited to come to school on Friday 15th May in festival dress in exchange for a £1 donation in cash which they need to bring to the classroom on the morning.
FOSFest Tickets cost £7, and are available to purchase after school on the playground (with cash or card) or online at https://buytickets.at/friendsofstlukesschool/2191355 or via the QR code attached. Pre-schoolers are free to attend and do not need a ticket. There will be a pay-as-you-go bouncy castle specifically for them as our younger festival goers!
Stalls are priced from 50p-£1.50 and will be cash only so please bring change. The bar, larger food stalls and ice cream sales will take card payments as well as cash.
Please bring a picnic blanket or chairs so that you can set up and enjoy live music during the evening. Due to licensing, alcohol consumed must be purchased through the bar.
